How it Works

Inky Hands Studio will: 
  • Work directly with the client to customize a project for your event.
  • Provide all art supplies & materials, table coverings, smocks. (Extra tables & chairs, available upon request.)
  • Offer 1 - 3 hours of step-by-step instruction and guidance. 
  • Provide hassel-free setup and cleanup (approximately 1 - 1.5 hours) 

The host will: 
  • Invite guests (for private house parties)
  • Provide a space (interior or exterior) at the choosen venue with tables & chairs.
  • * Business venues will assist with cross marketing the event and provide a server, if applicable, so that patrons can order food and beverages from your menu.
  • Supply food, beverages, and music. (Optional)
Event Time: Each event is unique. Events can run between 1 - 3 hours. (Please add an additional 1-1.5 hours for set up and clean up.) 

Event Rate: Rates per event will vary depending on the length of time, the event project and your location.
Event prices range from $15 - $45 per person. Please contact me to  request quote for your event. 

Marketing: Inky Hands Studio will cross­ promote the event and our businesses through social media channels, our websites, and email newsletters.

After the Event: We will take a work-in-porgress photos during the event, and a group photo of everyone with their finished masterpieces at the end of the event. We will post images online (with given permission) for additional cross promotion for your business. After everyone has completed their projects Inky Hands Studio wil handle all the art project cleanup.

*NOTES: A travel fee of .55 per mile will added to those venues outside of a 35-mile radius from our headquarters.
