Fundraising Party
           

      Parties range between 2-2.5 hours
        $35 per person   *Specialty materials incur different costs.

         We love partnering with local organizations to support their fundraising needs.
Great for schools, churches, youth
         organizations, sports organizations, animal shelters and 501C3 non-profits. One-of-a-kind fundraising your friends &
         family will love. Great team building for your cause! 50% fundraising… 100% fun! 

          Minimum for fundraising events is 12 painters. Fundraisers must submit a current tax exempt status form. 
          Your organization earns 50% earnings from the event.

        Fees include: A customized image/project for your party, 11x14 canvas, hassel-free setup and cleanup (approximated 30  
          minute set up / 30 minute clean up), 2 hours of step-by-step instruction, table covers, smocks/aprons and all art supplies + 
          materials. ​

        The host venue is responsible for providing tables and chairs for the guests. Providing music, food and beverages are  
           optional. Party host should invite guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to painting start time to allow time for guests to socialize,
           grab some refreshments and settle into a work spot at the table. For parties taking place outdoors, the host is responsible for
           securing a backup location in case of weather conflicts. Inky Hands Studio will arrive 30-45 minutes in advance to setup for
           your event.

       All event details and final head count must be received 24 hours prior to the event date to confirm reservation.
         Speciality projects may require 48 hour notice prior to the event. 

       Reservation + Payment:  A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit applies toward
         your balance. The full balance is due the day of the party. Payment of cash or personal check is preferred. All sales are final but
